- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is (Request for Quotation) RFQ 51-00-006. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. This procurement falls within the definition of North American Industry Classification System code 322221. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstraton Program is not applicable to this procurement. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS are: ITEM 1 -- HDA3p-7 (24x30) 50 boxes, 50 sheets per box, Agfa. (50 boxes minimum and 250 boxes maximum) A high definition duplicating film used in contact exposure unit and is developed in Rapid AccessDev-Rep from Kodak. ITEM 2 -- HTU3-7 (24x30) 50 boxes, 50 sheets per box, Agfa (50 boxes minimum and 250 boxes maximum)HTU3 or Carto Ortho is a high contrast film. It is suited for exposure in contact exposure unit and in photo plotters. Is developed in Rapid Access Dev-Rep chemistry from Kodak. ITEM 3 -- HDA3p-7 (36" X 100' roll) 5 rolls, Agfa (5 rolls minimum and 20 rolls maximum) A high definition duplicating film used in contact exposure unit and is developed in Rapid Access Dev-Rep from Kodak. ITEM 4 -- HDA3p-7 (42" X 100' roll) 5 rolls, Agfa (5 rolls minimum and 20 rolls maximum) A high definition duplicating film used in contact exposure unit and is developed in Rapid Access Dev-Rep from Kodak. ITEM 5 -- HDA3p-7 (48" X 100' roll) 5 rolls, Agfa (5 rolls minimum and 20 rolls maximum) A high definition duplicating film used in contact exposure unit and is developed in Rapid Access Dev-Rep from Kodak. ITEM 6 -- HTU3-7 (48" X 100' roll) 5 rolls, Agfa (5 rolls minimum and 20 rolls maximum) HTU3 or Carto Ortho is a high contrast film. It is developed in Rapid Access Dev-Rep chemistry from Kodak. ITEM 7 -- P3p-7 (24 X 30) 15 boxes, 50 sheets per box, Agfa (15 boxes minimum and 50 boxes maximum). A continuous tone copying film is used for copying continuous tone neg from ortho-photo. Process is a coninuous tone. ITEM 8 -- PM32-7 (24X30) 20 boxes, 50 sheets per box, Agfa (20 boxes minimum and 50 boxes maximum) Fixed Line Positive Fixed Line film. Used in contact exposure unit is processed in Rapid Access. SPECIFICATIONS AND EVALUATION: All film shall be 7 mil. The film shall be brand name or equal as per AGAR 452.211-71. The Government will order film from the Contractor on an as needed basis. The Contractor is to quote on the minimum quantities. The Government will place orders by fax to the Contractor. The Contractor will deliver the film no later than three weeks after receipt of order. The Government plans to submit an order at approximately three month intervals, but no more than monthly. The Government will evaluate quotes on product specifications, delivery time, and price. Offerors are to include a complete copy of the provisions of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with offer. FAR clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this procurement. FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this procurement. This RFQ is for 1 BASE YEAR PLUS FOUR OPTION YEARS. The Contractor is required to submit pricing information for all five years. The minimum and maximum amounts are per year.
