Description
17. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and therefore, a formal written request for proposal will not be issued. The brand named item(s) listed in this announcement have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government's minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand names will be evaluated. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The Television-Audio Support Activity intends to purchase the following new Tektronix items: (1) Eleven each Test Signal Generator, P/N TSG130A/03/C5, Multiformat (NTSC & YC, Y, B-Y, R-Y, RGB); for testing & servicing of betacam, mii, s-vhs, hi-8, ntsc & 525/60 gbr video equipment; includes the following options: Sony pvw series service which includes special test signal set, black burst output, & ttl level color frame pulse output (opt 03) & five years of calibration services (opt c5); pwr rqmts: 90-130/180-250vac, 48-62hz (switch selectable). (2) One ea Technical Service Manual F/U/W Tektronix model TSG130A, multiformat test signal generator with option 03. (3) Three each Video Measurement Sets, P/N VM700T/01/1s/C5, NTSC measurement (opt 01), includes the following additional options: serial digital video measurements, (opt 1S) and five years of calibration services (opt C5), standard accessories: instruction manual, three 75 ohm terminators (P/N 011-0102-00) and power cord, power rqmts: 87-132/174-250 vac, 50/60hz (switch selectable). (4) One each Technical Service Manual F/U/W Tektronix Model VM700T NTSC Video Measurement Set with options 01 and 1S. (5) Four each Television Demodulators, P/N TV1350/10/2/RM/C5, NTSC Broadcast Standard, continuously tunable over all TV bands and CATV channels (HRC and IRC), model TV1350 with option 10 without GPIB interface (opt 02) plus the following additional options: rack mount kit (P/N 1350F05) and five years calibration service (opt C5), power rqmts: 110/120/220/240 VAC, 47-63 HZ (switch selectable). (6) One each technical/service manual F/U/W Tektronix model TV1350, Television Demodulator with option 10. Standard commercial warranty is required. Delivery shall be FOB destination to McClellan AFB CA 95652, within 60 days from date of award or sooner. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, and 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer.
