Description

Notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Motorola Space and Systems Technology Group, Scottsdale, AZ, for min/max qty 2/350 ea Motorola UHF/VHF Transceivers, Model URC-200; min/max qty 2/75 ea 30-90 MHz Band Enhancement, Model EBN-30; and related accessories. Items must be electrically and mechanically compatible to interface with existing equipment. Motorola is the sole manufacturer of these items and possesses drawings and proprietary rights. Anticipate FFP IDIQ contract w/36 Mo ordering period. Justification and authority is FAR 6.302-1. See Note(s) 22 and 26.
