The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis a Flywheel Attitude Control Power Generation Study. This requirement is sole sourced to Quoin, Inc. 139 N. Balsam Street, Ridgecrest, CA 93555 for unique capabilities. Any firms believing that they can provide the required Flywheel Attitude Control Power Generation Study may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required study, which will be considered by this agency.
