See Note #1 -- AMI -American Management, Inc. as prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting bids for the installation of wrought iron fencing at Woodland City Apartments, a property owned or controlled by HUD in the state of Texas. All parties submitting proposals must go to the property at 202 S. Jim Miller Rd., Dallas, TX to verify conditions, elevations, and locations. Arrangements should be made by calling property manager, Mary Busby, at 214/398-0608. The estimate for this project is between $100,000-$150,000. The contract is a firm fixed price contract. Bonds and Insurance Certificates will be required. All parties interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation must request a copy in writing from : AMI-American Management, Inc., ATTN: Carla Johnson, Contract Director, 1720 Northwest Hwy, Ste 350, Garland, TX 75041. Facsimile requests will be accepted at 214/945-7495. AMI will receive bids for the referenced work until November 13, 2000.
