Description

Construct approximately 75 linear feet of earthen foundation (3:1 slopes and a 40' wide top), approximately 1185 linear feet of earth dike (3:1 slopes and a 8' wide top), approximately 110 linear feet of rock dike (2:1 slopes and a 3' wicde top), and approximately 100 feet of riprap revetment (3:1 slopes) to create a marsh site for waterfowl habitat at the Audubon National Wildlife Refuge. Includes excavation and restoration of the borrow area. The work is situated on Lake Audubon near Highway 83 in Section 4, T. 147 N., R. 83 W., McLean County, North Dakota. Competition is unrestricted as per the designated industry group (SIC code 1629) under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
