Description

The Boston Regional Printing Procurement Office is soliciting offers on a single award term contract for the Vermont National Guard. The term of the contract is for 1 year (beginning January 1, 2001, and ending December 31, 2001) and 4 option years. The production area is restricted to within a 25-mile radius of Colchester, Vermont. Requirements include the printing of approximately 5,300 saddle stitched newsletters. Trim size is 8-1/2 x 11". The number of pages range from 16 to 32 (most issues will be 20 pages). Stock is 70 lb. white litho coated book. First and last pages print in 4-color process. Press sheet inspection at contractor's facilities is required. Operations include ink jet imprinting mailing addresses, delivery, and mailing approximately 4,900 copies at the Colchester, VT Post Office. Quality Level 3. Bid request on your firms letterhead.
