Description

The Contractor shall manage day-to-day operation of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Investigation Audio-Video Preproduction/Postproduction Edit (AVPPE) Facility (1500 Sq Ft) located on the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). The AVPPE facility consists of the Beta-SP/Sony 900 Series Linear Edit Suite and Beta-SP/Tektronics Lightworks VIP Profile Non-Linear Edit Suite. The contractor shall perform all preproduction, production, and post-production tasks to develop, produce, script, and direct National Criminal Investigation Training Academy (NCITA) video projects. The Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing training programs and video projects (preferably specializing in financial crimes investigations) for Federal and/or State law enforcement agencies. The Contractor shall be Tektronix factory trained and certified to operate and edit with the Lightworks 4500 VIP Profile non-linear edit system or have a continuous minimum two (2) year track record of editing expertise on this system. The Contractor will be required to manage and oversee the maintenance (preventative, routine, scheduled or unscheduled) of all video and audio equipment. Period of performance to be date of award (on or about 1 January 2001) through 30 September 2001, with 2 subsequent twelve month option years. RFP will be issued on or about 11/30/00.
