Description
STATEMENT OF WORK SILVER FLAG EXERCISE SITE This Statement of Work (SOW) is for lawn care (mowing, edging, and trimming) at buildings 9466, 9468, 9470, 9476, 9480, 9484, 9486, 9460 and 9490 located at the Silver Flag Site, Strange Point Loop. This SOW includes all requirements for lawn care, debris removal, materi-als provided, and equipment. The area of responsibility is shown on the attached drawing. The Total square footage of the areas is approximately 200,000 Sq. feet. LAWN CARE: All grassed areas will be cut to minimum height of 2-21/2_ with a maximum height of 21/2_ after mowing. Mow all grass, trim lawns, edge around all curbs, walkways, driveways, and patios. Ensure no debris is left on walkways, curbs, driveways, and patios. All work is to be performed in the areas of responsibility laid out in the attached drawing. DEBRIS REMOVAL: Any grass trimmings, clippings, and other debris collected is the respon-sibility of the contractor to dispose of properly. MATERIALS PROVIDED: None EQUIPMENT: Contractor will furnish all equipment and tools needed to complete the require-ments as stated above for lawn care. No equipment or tools will be made available by the facility managers. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Performance period will run from March 2001 through September 2001. All lawn care will be performed in accordance with the attached schedule between the hours of 0600 and 1700. Services will be rescheduled to the following day in the event of in-clement weather. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the contractor to check with the facility manager or alternate facility manager for inspection and acceptance of services performed.
