Description

The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Englewood, Littleton, Colorado is soliciting for Guard Services for Federal inmates that require admission at FCI Englewood area hospitals or other medical treatment/appointments. Services are advertised as full and open competition. This action's North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 56162. Contractor employees must have one year(2040 hours) of guard duty experience training by having completed at least the first year of post secondary training in Corrections, Police/Law Enforcement Science, provided there is continued enrollment in the program. Services will be provided in Littleton, Colorado area hospitals who provide services to the Federal Correctional Institution. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity of hours for each twelve month period of the contracts is three thousand four hundred and twenty-four each year respectively. The anticipated award date for the base year of the contract is December 22, 2000. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid which will be considered for award.
