Description

This conditional contract DABT60-01-C-0006, has been awarded to Johnson Control, 7315 North Atlantic Avenue, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920, for a Cost-Plus-Award Fee contract. The period of performance is estimated to be 01-01-01 through 12-31-05 for the Public Works and Logistics Services at Fort Lee, VA. The results of the cost comparison have been provided to all interested parties including the affected employees, their unions, and the potential contractor. All objections have been evaluated and resolved. The notice to proceed under this conditionally awarded contract will not be given until the report to congress required by title 10, chapter 146, Section 2461-68, is made.
