Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to issue a Delivery Order against an existing Library of Congress Basic Order Agreement to renew a subscription with Lexis-Nexis for the continued use and access of their database by PBGC. This subscription is for online electronic retrieval from database which gives test access to legal information (LEXIS) and wire services (NEXIX). Services will be continued through September 30, 2001. ALL responsible sources may respond. Written responses should include price and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No telephone calls will be accepted. No award will be based on offer or proposal received in response to this notice. No solicitation document exists. Estimated Usage $146,561.76.
