Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Tennessee Army National Guard for the Visual Information Support Center, located in Smyrna, Tennessee. This requirement is for a wide range of maintenance and technical support services to the Government. The services shall include training on systems and software; provide software application engineering/design and program, provide multimedia content creation, graphics and animation, provide hourly maintenance on MacIntosh and PC (IBM compatible) computers and servers. This requirement is for an on-call basis for a base contract year (1 January 2001 30 September 2001) and two (2) one (1) year options: (1 October 2001 30 September 2002; 1 October 2002 30 September 2003). Contractor will provide all tools, test equipment and diagnostic software required for maintenance and technical support services for the Visual Information Support Center. The Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be available on or about 13 November 2000.
