Description

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center -- San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract on a Sole Source basis to InnovaSystems International, LLC, 13465 Camino Canada, 106-508, El Cajon CA 92021, for the following services: Program management support, systems re-engineering, re-hosting, design, development, test, evaluation and life cycle maintenance of Type Commanders Readiness Management Software (TRMS). The contract will be for a base year and one option year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties capability statements received within 30 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
