Modification to BAA01-01, FCS Communications. CBD announcement dated 10/20/00. The purpose of this modification is to clarify the due date as it appeared in the initial CBD. Proposals for the initial award(s) are due NLT 5:00 PM local time, November 21, 2000. Please be advised, however, that this BAA is open for subsequent awards until 10/03/01.
