Description

Naval Air Warfare Center -- Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, California, intends to issue a solicitation and award a contract on a sole source basis with Zeta, a division of SierraTech Inc. in San Jose, California. The procurement is for the modification of one SYS-1376 Command Transmitter System. Zeta is the manufacturer of the Command Transmitter System the rights of which are proprietary. FOB Destination pricing is requested. Required delivery: 90 days ARO. This is not a request for bids. Closing date of the Request for Quotation will be on or before 11/15/00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which if received in a timely manner will be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
