Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation No. DAKF06-01-T-0004. This solicitation is being issued as a "Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation documents incorporates provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. 4. The proposed contract will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. For this acquisition, the Small Business size standard is 500, and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1794. 5. List of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities, and unit of measure: ITEM NO.: 0001/ITEM: Crushed White Limestone 3/4" Minus, Delivered and placed at Red Rocks, Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site(PCMS) Driveway to include prep grading/QTY: 75/U/M:Tons. ITEM NO.: 0002/ITEM: Crushed White Limestone 3/4" Minus, Delivered and placed at Sharps Ranch, PCMS Driveway to include prep grading/QTY: 1350/U/M: Tons. ITEM NO.: 0003/ITEM: Crushed White Limestone 3/4" Minus, Delivered and placed at Biernacki Ranch, PCMS Driveway to include prep grading/QTY: 1400/U/M: Tons. ITEM NO: 0004/ITEM: Crushed White Limestone 3/4" Minus, Delivered and placed at Big Canyon Ranch, PCMS Driveway to include prep grading/QTY: 700/U/M: Tons. 6. Description of the requirement for items to be acquired: Requirements are listed with individual line items. Performance period shall be 90 calendar days from date of Purchase Order award. 7. Contractor shall deliver items to Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, approx. 35 miles east of Trinidad, CO. 8. The provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. 9. The provisions in FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Addenda reads: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the lowest overall price. 10. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, with their quotation. 11. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition to include any addenda to the clause. 12.
