Description

A market survey is being conducted by the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, in an effort to determine the existence of qualified and interested small business firms capable of renovating 1200 linear feet of wharf, involving waterside construction and associated site work. Options will include renovation of Building 1001, construction of an unheated storage facility and construction of a firewall. Renovation of the wharf will be completed in three phases, which will increase mobilization requirements for the contractor. The estimated cost range of the project is $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 and has an estimated completion time of 540 days. The NAICS code is 234990, with a size standard of $27.0 million. Qualified small business firms have until 06 November 2000 to express an interest in this project.
