Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the interior painting and re-carpeting of the third floor and Module G annex in the Federal Building/US Courthouse, Anchorage AK. Work consists of, but not limited to painting approximately 88,881 square feet of office space, removing and replacing approximately 11,224 liner feet of government furnished cove base and removing and replacing approximately 11,781 square yards of Government furnished carpet tiles. Work includes moving systems furniture, files and freestanding furniture. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
