Description

. Work to be done: The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to provide a patio and sidewalk on the Eastside of building 5000, 126 ARW Headquarters Facility. B. Location: The site of the work commences at Air Guard Way and Golf Course Road at the Illinois Air National Guard areas of Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225-5503. C. Project Scope: Provide a brick patio and adjacent sidewalks. The brick patio should be identical to that of the front entrance of the Headquarters Building. D. Work should include: Grading of the patio should have the same finish floor elevation as that of the building. When developing the patio grade, the contractor should consider rainwater drainage and water collection/termination points. Prior to construction, contractor shall submit a detailed plan for site excavation and subgrade preparation. Plan should include excavation methods, proposed location of excavated materials, and proposed disposal sites. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
