UNDER INVITATION NO. DACA65-B-01-0002 The Norfolk District Corps of Engineers, phone Number (757) 441-7735, is offering for sale standing timber on 197 acres at the Fort A. P. Hill Military Reservation, Virginia. Approximate timber volumes are as follows: 3276 tons pine sawtimber, 215 tons of pine pulp wood, 3017 tons of hardwood sawtimber, 366 tons of hardwood pulpwood. For information or appointment for inspection, call Mr. Carl Berggren, at (804) 633-8431, prior to November 29, 2000. The timber is divided into three item(s) for this sale. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., November 30, 2000, by the Acquisition, Management and Disposal Section, Real Estate Branch, Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1096, and then and there publicly opened and announced.
