Description

Provide security guard services at Crystal Square III, Carlough Plaza,6295 Edsall Road, 1500 Wilson Boulevard (TAS) and One Crystal Gateway (TAS), Arlington, VA., for a period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods of one year each.The solicitation issue date will be on or about November 7, 2000.The solicitation closing date will be on or about December 7, 2000.This contract has a bid and performance bond requirement equal to 20% of the contract price. This procurement is totally set-aside for small business concerns. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov. All responsible non-excluded sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
