Description

The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) proposes to establish a 5-year (base year with 4 option years), Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ)/ Time and Material Contract for Test and Evaluation (T&E) services to support operational testing of low-density Cryptologic, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Measurement and Signals Intelligence (MASINT) systems being acquired by the Army, for operations and life-cycle support. Contractor performance requires the contractor to have a TOP SECRET (TS) clearance based on a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Background Investigation and CI polygraph. IMPORTANT only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFARS Clause 52.204-7004 or see web site http://www.ccr2000.com/). The anticipated release date for RFP is on or about 07 November 2000. Anticipated proposal due date is NLT 08 December 2000, 2PM EST.
