Description

Personal Services Contract for one full-time General Medical Officer at the U.S. Army Health Clinic, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mount Clemens, Michigan, during the period 1 January 2000 through 31 December 2001. The estimated number of hours per year is 1984. Bids will require identification of a primary physician and at a minimum, one back-up physician. A minimal amount of credentialing documentation will be required with the bid. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 October 2000 with a projected bid opening date of 28 November 2000. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 502-624-7165 or 502-624-5869.
