See Numbered Note # 22 Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for an upgrade to an existing DFR System for Mead 08. The existing DFRs for Desert Southwest Region's existing system are from MEHTA TECH and are in service. The equipment required for Mead 08 Substation must be compatible with the existing equipment in order for proper integration. Because of the interoperability requirements the additional equipment must be purchased from MEHTA TECH.
