Description

The USDA, National Computer Center plans to renew on a sole source basis with Ketron Management Science, Inc. its software maintenance on the following software: BASIC MPSI II, DATAFORM & PAM, MIPIII, WHIZARD, AND QUADRATIC OPTIMIZER. This software is currently installed on an IBM mainframe. The estimated system life is 60 months. All responsible sources are encouraged to respond. Only written responses will recieve consideration. Responses must convey clear and convincing documentation of advantages to the Government to consider another source. The documentation shall include prices, GSA Contract number (if applicable) and description literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Responses must be received by this office within 45 days after publication of this notice. No solicitation exists. Request for a solicitation will be disregarded.
