Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, test program, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-01-T-0002 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Badger Technology Inc. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a firm fixed price requirement.
