Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Ruska Instrument, 10311 Westpark, Houston, TX on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 1 ea, model 7710 air data test set. This unit will be used to replace an existing Air Data Test Set. This new unit must be compatible & interchangeable with the existing equipment. This unit also has a high degree of accuracy, which is mandatory for optical performance in calibrations of airspeed & altitude instrumentation. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ruska Instrument. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
