Description

The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with Curtis and Tomkins. The requirement is for the contractor to maintain data continuity at Monterey Peninsula Airport; their chemists are completely familiar with the work as well as the goals at the site. Due to the urgency, the fieldwork for this project is scheduled to begin on or about 13 Nov 00. There can be no interruption in the schedule for the field investigation of FFTA. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond no later than, 30 Oct 2000. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
