Description

The SBA requires a minimum of two national rating agencies to provide indicative ratings (indicative levels) for the Disaster Assistance home loans that are being sold in SBA sale #3, scheduled bid date 12/5/00. Based on an analysis of the Sale 3 levels indicative levels and loans to be sold in sale 4, SBA and its finacial advisors will determine whether it is cost effective to have the rating agencies prepare indicative levels for the sale 4 loans. The rating agency will be provided data on the disaster assistance portfolio on or about 11/200: they will be provided detailed due diligence information on or about 12/00.
