Description

The Navy has a requirement for In Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) and Installation support services for Non-Integrated Shipboard Installations of various communication systems. The Navy intends to solicit and award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Term Type Contract with tasking defined through issuance of Technical Direction Letters (TDLs). For a base period of one year, and to include four one-year Options. The estimated level of effort for the entire five (5) year period of performance is approximately three (3) million hours. The applicable Standard Industrial Code (SIC) and size standard is 8711, $20M. Interested parties are invited to respond to this synopsis. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
