Description

Provide Skilled Home Healthcare Services, including home infusion therapy, bowel and bladder care services, and home health aide services to beneficiaries of the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia. The VA intends on awarding a single contract for each of two (2) Primary Service Areas (PSA). PSA #1 is comprises of the City of Richmond and the immediate surrounding counties (Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover) and cities (Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Petersburg, and Richmond). PSA #2 (Except Greater Richmond Area) will be comprised with the outlying counties (Albemarle, Amelia, Amherst, Augusts, Brunswick, Buckingham, Campbell, Caroline, Charlotte, Culpeper, Dinwiddie, Essex, Fluvanna, Gloucester, Goochland, Greene, Greensville, Halifax, James City, King and Queen, King George, King William, Lancaster, Louisa, Lunenburg, Madison, Mecklenburg, New Kent, Nottoway, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Prince George, Prince William, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Southampton, Spotsyvania, Stafford, Surry, Sussex, Westmoreland) and cities (Bedford, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Lynchburg, South Boston, Staunton, Virginia Beach and Williamsburg). The successful offeror must be capable of providing all of the required service in the entire PSA for which the contract is awarded.
