Description

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Services will be soliciting for proposals from prospective offerors for Radiology Services for the Santa Fe Service Unit, Santa Fe Indian Hospital (SFIH), 1700 Cerillos Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505 and satellite clinics within its adminsitrative jurisdiction. Physicians providing services must have the required knowledge and experience in reading and interpreting a broad range of adult and pediatric radiologic exams. A Radiologist will be required to be available to the SFIH physicians by telephone 24-hours per days, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year, including Federal Holidays. Services include but not limited to; routine diagnostic X-rays for interpretation, including Mammography and Flourscopic Studies, Ultrasound Studies, Computerized Tomography, Nuclear Medicine Studies, Interventional procedures in radiology diagnosis including invasive techniques, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and other standard radiology services. The Government anticipates in awarding a single requirements type contract for a base year and four, one-year option renewals. Option renewals will be based on the evaluation of perforomance of services provided. Contractor must have a ready available staff of physicians who are licensed and experienced to provide the level of coverage as stated above. Contractor must be able to accomodate schedule changes on a moments notice. Proposals received in response to the solicitation shall be evaluated on the basis of technical factors.
