Description

The Government intends to award a contract for preventive maintenance and full service on Provide all labor, parts, and equipment for monthly preventive maintenance, full labor and parts for emergency repair service of the following: Notifier network voice coded fire alarm / smoke detection equipment and more. This service must be in compliance with the most current edition of NFPA, OSHA, JCAHO requirement. From date of award thru September 30, 2001. Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, etc., necessary to maintain in a first class operating condition at VA Medical Center, Brooklyn Campus, (VA Harvor Health Care System, VA Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209). This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. The term of the contract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2001 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (4) additional one year periods. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The applicable SIC is 7382.
