FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure non-personal telecommunications support for NAS Ingleside located in Ingleside, TX. Award of a time and material contract is anticipated to include a base year, commencing 01 Jan 01, and four one-year options. The acquisition is being processed via FAR 12.6.
