Description

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. plans to enter into a firm fixed price requirements-type contract for various sizes and types of brush filament. The contract term will be two years with a one-year renewal option. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 2824. Offerors are required to submit offer samples to UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., ATTN: Elke Mosholder, Quality Assurance Manager, Texas Hwy. 20 (shipping address), P.O. Box 9000 (mailing address), Anthony NM/TX 88021, on or before the offer due date. This is a best-value procurement; offers will be evaluated on price, past performance, and technical acceptability of the offer samples. Deliveries will be made FOB destination to the address above in response to delivery orders issued by the contracting officer at the factory. Deliveries are required to be made within 45 days after receipt of the delivery order. Interested parties may obtain the solicitation package at the following web address: www.unicor.gov/procurement/metals after October 31, 2000.
