Description

This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is an On-Site Service Maintenance Contract to include unlimited corrective maintenance calls, parts, labor and transportation on listed government owned Silver Recovery Units for the period: 1 Nov 00 through 30 Sep 02. Solicitation has Base Year and one (1) Option Year. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, number N00259-01-T-0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. Listing of the line items (CLINS) and descriptions are available upon request. Quotation will be evaluated based on the following: (a) Best Price, (b) Availability and (c) Past Performance. Performance locations are listed in the Statement of Work. This acquisitions incorporate the following FAR Clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-36, 52.225-11, 252.225-7002, 252.225-7009, 252.204-7004, 52.217-5, 52.217-8, 52.217-9. All offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. (FAR Clauses, Provisions and Statement of Work are available upon request). In accordance with FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Sert Aside, this acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business. Offers are due no later than 25 Oct 00 (1600 PM).
