Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is M00681-01-Q-4C01and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-19. This is a 100% small business set aside under simplified acquisition procedures; the standard industrial code is 3589 and the small business standard is 500 employees. BRAND NAME ONLY. The procurement is for the following item: Item 0001, Enquip Inc, Replacement Coalescer Paks, Dimensions 7' H x 8' W x 20" T, Total Surface Area 4500 SF, 1/8" 304 Stainless Steel, Plates FRP, Mesh MDPP, for a Model CP-38-65 SWBG Oil /Water Separator. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The Government will evaluate based on delivery and price. All Contractors submitting an offer are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award. Delivery will be to Supply Officer, Marine Corps Air Station, Building 23123, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Ca 92055-5151.
