See Note 22 -- This acquisition an Unrestricted Acquisition. This is a simplified acquisition for the procurement of 40 Kt.Hoist, Rescue. The NSN is 4240-01-414-6803. The part number is 614204. (Rescue Systems' part number). This is a critical application item. Delivery required to the New Cumberland Depot and the Tracy Depot (2 deliveries each beginning 180 days after award). The issue and close dates have not been established yet. But will be stated on the solicitation when it is entered in the Gateway System. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance.
