Description

The contractor shall produce 33 TRIDENT II (D5) MK 74 Gas Generators by 30 November 2002. This effort will be issued to Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Allegany Ballistics Laboratory, 210 State Route 956, Rocket Center, West Virginia 26726-4730. Alliant is the sole source for design, development, manufacture, assembly, installation, and testing of the gas generators. Qualifications are unique to Alliant for the proposed effort. The proposed contract will include an option for the production of an additional 33 gas generators in FY02. See Note 22.*****
