See Note 1 -- AMI-American Management, Inc. as prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting quotations for removal, disposal of existing handrails, installation of handrails and painting of handrails for the Rengecy Village Apts in Kansas City, MO. AMI intends to award a firm, fixed price subcontract. The work must be completed within 60 days after award. Quoter should submit a letter of transmittal introducing their firm and detailing their qualifications and experience. Certificates of insurance are required and must be provided within ten days of notice of intent to award a contract. Written questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted to the contracting officer not later than October 25, 2000, by fax to (214) 956-7495. All interested quoters must visit the site at 4521 Lynwood, Kansas City, MO. The property manager may be reached at (816) 924-3670. The estimated cost of this project is $30,000-$40,000.
