S -- Natural Gas Services for Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Bennettsville, South Carolina Submission No. 491173 Dated August 29, 2000 is modified to (1) correct the connection date to read May 1, 2003 in lieu of January 1, 2003, permanent natural gas service is required for use by November 1, 2003, in lieu of July 1, 2003; (2) include the following evaluation factors: Past Performance, Technical , Small Business Subcontracting, and Price, and (3) to include the ten-year performance period of May 1, 2003through April 30, 2013.
