THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. THIS EFFORT IS CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL IN NATURE AND ANY RESULTANT CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED IAW FAR PART 12. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) Temple, Texas anticipates a competitive acquisition for consultation services to conduct a Mock JCAHO Survey to the VA Integrated Service Network (VISN) XVII, which consists of the North, Central, and South Texas Veterans Health Care Systems. Potential sources should respond to this announcement by forwarding to the contracting officer a company profile, business size, NAICS Code designator, any special business size designations assigned by the SBA (e.g., HubZone, Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Veteran Owned, etc...). All responses shall include a capabilities package that shall contain as a minimum: a list of all previous JCAHO Mock Surveys conducted for either government or private sector healthcare facilities, dates conducted, names and points of contact, a staff profile that includes a curriculum vitae for each team member. Potential sources shall have a minimum of 2 years experience in consulting and conducting mock JCAHO surveys. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION TO BID. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE.
