Description

The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide traffic engineering and transportation planning services at the Presidio of San Francisco. The Presidio is a National Park and a National Historic Landmark. Scope of services may include but is not limited to: (a) Traffic impact studies for development at the Presidio; (b) Manual and machine traffic counting; (c) Parking studies; (d) Bicycle route planning and conceptual layout; (e) Transit route planning and analysis; (f) Traffic calming studies; (g) Transportation surveys of Presidio tenants; (h) Special event traffic planning; (i) Preparing transportation sections of environmental impact statements or environmental assessments; (j) Transportation demand management studies; (k) Pedestrian planning and design; (l) Tour bus planning; and (m) Water transportation studies. The Trust plans to award a maximum of three (3) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Anticipated contract term is base year with option years. Submittals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), including but not limited to: (a) Demonstrated recent experience in a variety of transportation studies; (b) Experience with City/County of San Francisco and Caltrans; (c) Experience in a national park or national historic landmark setting; and (d) Outreach efforts. The Presidio Trust is a wholly owned federal government corporation and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
