Description

The VA NEBRASKA-WESTERN IOWA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, GRAND ISLAND DIVISION, 2201 North Broadwell, Grand Island, Nebraska, is negotiating a sole source contract with Saint Francis Medical Center, Grand Island, Nebraska, for the services of acute inpatient care including ER, and Observation beds. Saint Francis Medical Center is the only hospital located in the same city. This contract is negotiated in accordance with 38 U. S. C. 8153. The proposed action is for acute inpatient services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source and a solicitation is not available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
