Description

Contractor shall provide the services of physician specialist in Neurosurgery to perform all Neurosurgical case-related services at Harry S.Truman Veterans Memorial Hospital, Columbia, MO, for approximately 20 hours per week. The Standard Industrial Code is 8099. Bid documents will be issued on or about October 27, 200; bid opening will be on or about December 1, 2000. Only written requests for the solicitation will be honored; faxed requests shall be allowed at 913-758-6495. This is a small business set-aside procurement. All requests shall include point of contact, physical mailing address, phone number, fax number, and whether it is a small, small-women owned, disadvantaged, and/or veteran-owned company.
