Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to procure services for the Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) at Naval Aviation Depot, North Island, San Diego, CA. The CEAP will consist of providing assistance to employees in problem areas ranging from alcoholism, drug abuse, emotional or family stress, financial, legal, and marital problems. Services will be provided for approximately 3500 employees and eligible dependents. The contractor will also design and conduct supervisory training. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624190, Small Business Size Standard $5 million. The SIC code is 8322. The period of performance will be 01 January 2001 through 31 December 2001 with four one-year option periods. The resulting contract will be a fixed price completion type contract. FOB Destination.
