Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to solicit and negotiate with Sine Image to award a contract to revise scripts for ISR Symposium, conceptualize and design new interactive exercises through an interactive multimedia tool. Training tool will be utilized for a wide range audiences which addresses the capabilities and limitation of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems and integration of intelligence and operations. Award is considered a follow-on to initial requirement for script development and interactive training plan. Top Secret SCI security classification is required. Other sources capable of satisfying this requirement are invited to submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to satisfy this requirement. All responses should reference PR 611/0002Z/01. Interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities.
