The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with Dr. Shantanu Namjoshi of Centerville, Ohio. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor will develop and report on the experimental data and micromechanical analysis for fretting fatigue and related damage mechanism issues of titanium alloys when subjected to high cycle fatigue using experiments and destructive and non-destructive techniques.
