- Description
- It is the Governments intent to negotiate with Unified Disaster Council, San Diego County Emergency Services for Hazardous Materials Incident Response Team (HIRT) Program for the period 01 November 2000 through 30 September 2001, with the option to extend for three additional one year periods. Services will include initial containment and technical assistance, in response to any hazardous material incident aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. Offers are due by 4 PM (PST) on 27 October 2000. If no affirmative responses are received, a contract will be placed with Unified Disaster Council from San Diego County Emergency Services Organization. Offers. Offers must be able to respond within 60 minutes (Incident response time begins at time of dispatch and ends when the unit arrives at the scene).
